_ (1) The precise location of this collision was on Colliery Road, Brereton 468 metres the Rugeley side of Stile Cop Road: Mr Taylor was driving towards Brereton and this is a downhill straight section of road prior to a right hand bend. It maybe that this section of road and the bend are similar to many others in the Cannock Chase area but wonder if you could carry out a review of the location and see if any warning signs or markings might be appropriate.
