ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN
| am aware that Coroners have written to you in recent years, including myself, regarding concerns about the easy availability of helium which can be abused in circumstances such as this death and | request that you take action to regulate its sale, the size of the canister and the valve thus making them unable to be used in a suicide attempt.
YOUR RESPONSE
You are under a duty to respond to this report within 56 days of the date of this report, namely by 23 June 2016. I, the Senior Coroner, may extend the period.
