On 14/12/2017 commenced an investigation into the death of Jacqueline Dympna JORDAN: The investigation concluded at the end of the inquest: The conclusion of the inquest was: Road Traffic Collision
Circumstances of the death
Mrs Jordan died on 18th November 2017 at Passage Road, Brentry, Bristol. At around 6pm she had walked across the dual carriageway and central reservation which was a shortcut known to be used by pedestrians but which was not a designated crossing: She was struck by a car as she stepped into the of the car, she was pronounced dead at the scene_
Action should be taken
In my opinion action should be taken to prevent future deaths and believe you have the power to take such action.
