Investigation and inquest
On 11 April 2017 commenced an Investigation into the death of Scott Marsden, aged The Investigation concluded at the end of the Inquest o 12 February 2019. conclusion of the Inquest was a narrative which read as follows= "On 11 March 2017 the deceased received a blow to the chest during a kickboxing bout As a result;his heart was adversely affected and notwithstanding treatment he died on 12 March 2017 at the General Infirmary, Leeds The medical cause of death was Ia. Commotio cordis
Circumstances of the death
The deceased was part in a kickboxing bout when he received a blow to the chest which lead to his death.
Action should be taken
In my opinion action should be taken to prevent future deaths and believe you andlor your organisation have the power to take such action; By_arranging_for a Defibrillator _to be_installedat the premises_ The taking
