Conclusion (the committee's words)
In its Reading for Pleasure guidelines for schools, the Department should set an expectation for all schools to include dedicated library lessons in the school timetable, to ensure that all pupils are encouraged and supported to use their library. (Recommendation, Paragraph 163)
