The Government should clarify whether it intends to continue with the Turing Scheme. It should also outline what lessons it has taken from the Turing Scheme, for instance around provision for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, the geographical range of institutions linked to, and how beneficial aspects will be built into association with Erasmus+.
