The representative bodies of small institutions, such as Conservatoires UK and Independent Higher Education, have highlighted the high cost of Office for Students regulations for such providers. The Office for Students should review the costs of its regulation to ensure they are fair to institutions of all sizes. (Recommendation, Paragraph 56)
