Nick Gibb MP, Minister for School Standards, and Tom Goldman, Director of Education Funding at the DfE, give evidence along representatives of the Institute for Fiscal Studies and the Education Policy Institute on the Government’s recent proposals to reform the way in which schools and local authorities receive funds for education.
