Inquiry scope
The Defence Committee is holding an evidence session to respond to the latest events surrounding Russia's military build-up on the border with Ukraine. The session will cover Russia’s actions, tactics and intentions; the security talks between the US, NATO, OSCE and Russia; the cyber-attack on Ukrainian Government websites; and the announcement from the Defence Secretary that the UK will provide a new security assistance package to increase Ukraine’s defensive capabilities by supplying Ukraine with light, anti-armour defensive weapons systems.Oral evidence sessions
