Inquiry scopeIn 2016 we published " Beyond Endurance? Military exercises and the duty of care ". This report addressed the concerning number of Armed Forces personnel fatalities whilst on training exercises. In this follow-up session, we will focus on what has been achieved since the 2016 report. We will consider whether: actions taken have addressed the concerns raised in the report lessons have been learnt a culture of continual learning exists there is scope for further improvement.
