Inquiry scopeOn 10 October 2017, BAE Systems announced that nearly 2,000 posts would be cut from its UK workforce in a programme of “organisational changes”. The Defence Committee is holding a one-off evidence session with representatives from BAE and relevant trade unions to assess the potential impact of BAE’s restructuring on the core competencies of each of the Armed Forces.
