Conclusion
An interesting approach is being tested in Ireland. While their efficacy remains to be confirmed, the mechanisms of the âIntegratedâ Community Service Orders are intended to create incentives for people on probation to engage with rehabilitation and in a range of activities that is meaningful to them. They also save time before courts.
