Conclusion
We welcome problem-solving courts, including specialised pilot âintensive supervision courtsâ. By taking a holistic approach and tailoring sentences to individual circumstances, and by holding offenders accountable for their progress through regular court hearings, we believe that problem-solving approaches can be effective solutions against repeat offending.
