Recommendation 13

We note the risk of relying on a wide network of arrangements governing data flows for a stable and certain business environment. If one or more of these arrangements break down, UK businesses may find themselves in an uncertain trading environment. This is a risk that the Government should be assessing, and which strengthens the case for wider plurilateral agreements on data regulation.
