The Office for Investment should develop a case management service for the UK’s 14,300 High Growth Firms to proactively ensure that High Growth Firms are supported effectively by the four public finance institutions, along with other support measures such as R&D tax credits. It should report 127 annually on the number of UK High Growth Firms actively supported by UK public finance institutions, disaggregated by sector and stage of investment journey, the public finance products accessed, and the private investment crowded in as a result.
