Conclusion
The Department for Education should use it to set basic digital skills targets at different education stages, including for school leavers. Apprenticeships and adult education courses offer further opportunities to test and provide basic skills training for people already enrolled on education programmes. The Department for Education should encourage a consistent cross-government approach to using the Framework.
