Conclusion
We were pleased to discover that there is a Ministerial Taskforce on Nutrient Neutrality. We do not know what its remit and objectives are. It is disappointing that such cross-governmental working was not in place before housebuilding was effectively halted across 14 per cent of the country ’s land area. 152
