Former Chair of the Independent Advisory Panel on Deaths in Custody: Chair’s end of term report

Juliet Lyon CBE chaired the Independent Advisory Panel on Deaths in Custody between September 2016 and January 2023. The Justice Committee will hold a one-off session on her end of term report , which was published in February 2023.
