Inquiry scopeMPs will questions the Victims’ Commissioner on her overall priorities for the role. The Committee will also investigate a range of issues affecting the criminal justice system and the experience of victims accessing it. This is likely to include the rate of opportunity to make a Victim Personal Statement, proposals for a Victims’ Law and involvement in the parole process.
