Inquiry scopeAs part of its practice of following up its previous inquiries, the Committee takes evidence on 29 October 2014 from Andrew Selous MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Minister for Prisons, Probation and Rehabilitation, Ministry of Justice, and Mr Michael Spurr, Chief Executive, National Offenders Management Service, on the subject of Older Prisoners. The session examines developments in policy and practice in relation to the treatment of older prisoners which have taken place since the Committee reported on the matter in September 2013.
