Recommendation (the committee's words)
The new body should publish its reports, providing useful insight to Parliament, the Government and the public. These reports should become a key element in committee scrutiny of the performance of regulators, in a similar fashion to the Public Accounts Committee’s use of the reports of the National Audit Office.
