Recommendation
The Government should report back to the Committee by the end of 2025 on: the changes to primary legislation for data sharing needed to enable the introduction of a social tariff; and any short-term changes to secondary legislation that could improve access to data to enable suppliers to more effectively target households in need of bill support and to populate Priority Services Registers.
