Recommendation 21

Enshrining the right to try work in legislation will be a small but important and worthwhile measure that could provide greater clarity and even reduce levels of mistrust by putting the matter beyond doubt. This is just one step, however, in the many that will need to be taken to seriously rebuild trust in the system.
