Recommendation (the committee's words)
We welcome the introduction of the new Competence and Conduct Standard for housing management staff but, given long-standing issues of discrimination against Black people, we believe the government should introduce specific steps aimed at tackling racial bias. (Conclusion, Paragraph 60)
