Conclusion (the committee's words)
The new Private Rented Sector Ombudsman should support individuals who have been subject to racial discrimination and where appropriate, for example in cases involving multiple complaints about larger housing providers, escalate cases to the Equality and Human Rights Commission. (Recommendation, Paragraph 36)
