Inquiry scope
In December 2018, the Government published its White Paper, ‘Help Shape Our Future: The 2021 Census of Population and Housing in England and Wales’ . In it, the Government sets out its plans for undertaking the census, which will take place in March 2021. The session will explore some of the changes that the Government is planning to make from the 2011 census, including: Changes to demographic questions Changes to the way in which individuals are encouraged and facilitated to complete the census.Oral evidence sessions
