Conclusion
In addition, Ashley Alder is moving from a jurisdiction of extensive state control. He will need to demonstrate independence in his new role whilst increasing his knowledge of the way in which Parliament scrutinises the FCA in our free and democratic society. We wish him every success in his role. …
