Inquiry scope

In March 2018, the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) wrote to the Committee to announce the launch of an independent review into concerns raised by the Committee and highlighted in the media. The Committee stated that it would scrutinise the findings of the review report and would take evidence from the reviewer as well as the Ombudsman.
