“UK Financial Investments Ltd is a company that manages the Government's investments in the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds) and UK Asset Resolution Ltd (UKAR), with HM Treasury as its sole shareholder. The company’s activities are governed by its Board, which is accountable to the Chancellor of the Exchequer and – through the Chancellor – to Parliament.”
