HGV and coach driver facilities

An opportunity to measure how much progress has been made in securing a sufficient number and quality of facilities for HGV and coach drivers when they need to take breaks. This follows the previous Committee's Report on the road freight supply chain, which found that facilities for drivers are often lacking or poor quality.
