Inquiry scopeThe Transport Committee is holding a one-off session to explore the potential uses and impact of Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing aircraft (eVTOLs). A number of manufacturers around the world, including in the UK, are developing these aircraft to a variety of designs with the expectation of services becoming available over the next few years and providing a new mode of travel. The session will look at use cases, potential impact and the infrastructure and regulatory environment needed.
