Publish AI Research Resource action plan and undertake National Compute Cluster feasibility study.
Recommendation
The Government, or its successor administration, should publish an action plan and proposed deliverables for both the AI Research Resource and its cluster of supercomputers, and further details of the terms under which researchers and innovative startups will be able to access them. It should also undertake a feasibility study into the establishment of a National Compute Cluster that could be made available to researchers and startups.
