Inquiry into the recommendations of the Infected Blood Inquiry (Stage 1)
Status: Open
Opened: 10 Dec 2025
Inquiry scope
The report from the Infected Blood Inquiry includes recommendations for Parliament on two key areas: how to respond to calls for public inquiries and how to scrutinise the implementation of recommendations resulting from future inquiries. Our inquiry will examine those issues to inform our consideration of the broader recommendations from the Infected Blood Inquiry and to guide the approach to other future inquiries.
