Conclusion
We are alarmed to hear of people with physical disabilities, medical conditions and other complex needs being placed in accommodation that is unsuitable for them. Part of the solution to this problem is improving the quality of supply available locally. In the short-term, however, this is another reason why mandatory inspections are needed before people are placed in temporary accommodation. (Conclusion, Paragraph 72)
