UK's Sudan file leadership must go further despite geopolitical constraints
Recommendation
We commend the UK’s tenacity and leadership on the Sudan file but urge it go further to promote peace and security in Sudan, both at the United Nations Security Council and bilaterally. We are cognisant that the UK is operating in a difficult, fractious and complex geopolitical environment and is constrained at the United Nations Security Council. (Conclusion, Paragraph 125)
