Deferred
The Defra assessment report of December 2022 that looked at the impact of the current F-gas Regulation acknowledges that further action may be needed to improve F-gas recovery rates. Defra is reviewing the Regulation with a view to making changes that will deliver greater emissions savings in support of meeting the UK’s net zero target. Any proposals for change will be consulted upon in due course.
