Making Britain a clean energy superpower is one of the five defining missions of the Government, and as part of that we are aiming for Clean Power by 2030, one of two pillars of the Mission, the second being cross-sectorally accelerating to net zero. Using internal analysis and the advice we have received from NESO, by the end of the year Government expects to set out more detail on its approach to delivering Clean Power by 2030, including how progress will be tracked.
