Inquiry scope
In April 2016 the Committee conducted an inquiry into Air quality . In November 2016, the High Court ruled that the Government's current air pollution plans do not meet legal requirements. Following that, the Committee held a one-off evidence session into Defra's plans to improve air quality.Oral evidence sessions
