Conclusion
National security is a strong and increasingly important lever for making the case for the energy transition. The transition to renewable energies offers significant national security benefits, including increased resilience in an increasingly volatile geopolitical environment and reduced exposure to fossil fuel price shocks. These links are not yet being communicated consistently or prominently enough across Government. (Conclusion, Paragraph 23)
