UKHSA has a vital role to play in helping to identify and implement lessons learned from the management of this pandemic, both during the remaining stages and beyond, including assessing and responding to the longer-term public health impacts. While there will be further lessons to be learned from the pandemic, the drive for continuous improvement has already led to significant advances and improvements being adopted.
