What the inquiry looked at

“This inquiry considers the accountability of Public Health England. As an executive agency of the Department of Health, Public Health England began operating on 1 April 2013. It formed as a result of reorganisation of the National Health Service in England as outlined in the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (PDF 1.35MB) . Its mission is to protect and improve the nation’s health and to address inequalities.”
