Inquiry scopeVaccines play a significant role in health prevention and protecting the population from serious illness. This session will gather evidence on the progress on the government’s vaccination strategy, explore the drivers of declining vaccination uptake including vaccination hesitancy and access barriers, and review the recent winter flu vaccination roll out. It will also consider how upcoming structural changes within the NHS may affect vaccination delivery, as well as looking at how industry can be supported in the development of new vaccines.
